Tiny Jewel Box offers a full refund (minus the original shipping fees) for all watches if the return is initiated within 7 business days (from the date you have receive your order in the mail) and the following conditions are met:
Product is in new and unworn condition
Accompanied with the original boxes and paperwork and all associated components
Any missing articles or damaged components will void the eligibility for a refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees (see details in the shipping section). For your convenience we also offer online returns in the store.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email that your item has shipped for overnight delivery. Please note all orders must be shipped overnight due to the product value and will require a direct signature. We only ship out orders Monday – Thursday and only ship online orders to the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
For returns, customers will be responsible for original and return shipping fees as mentioned above. Tiny Jewel Box will provide a return label with detailed instructions after your return has been initiated and approved.
