• The gifts in our corporate showroom are highly customized and sometimes not readily available. Please allow time for special ordering.
• Engraving requires approximately 3-5 business days from the point of paper-proof approval. Any alterations may result in rush fees.
• Etching crystal items require approximately 8-10 business days from the point of paper-proof approval. Any alterations may result in rush fees.
• Custom orders vary according to availability and production schedules. Please contact your salesperson for more accurate timelines.
• We do not etch or engrave items not purchased through Tiny Jewel Box.
• Special orders are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
• All items purchased through the Corporate Gift Division of Tiny Jewel Box are inspected for quality and accuracy. They are then gift wrapped complimentarily in our cream boxes with red ribbon at no additional charge.
• To provide the level of service you have come expect, please contact your salesperson for an appointment to visit the Corporate Gift Division showroom on the 6th floor.
